Practice: 6:30 – 8:30

Sensei with red and white striped belt was there. He has been practicing judo over 60 years. Sensei Dave was there working on kata. Other sensei Dave led class with different exercises. More to come as we figure out website.

This is an explanation of what was studied on the specified date.

Class started at 6:30. Warm up until 6:45. Short lesson. Break up into 4 stations and each had a throw to practice until the next rotation.
